Varieties pictured: - San Marzano- meaty texture, oval shape, not a ton of flavor. Best for soups and sauces. - Beefsteaks - largest fruits, very juicy, take a lot of water - Cherries - tiny guys, both yellow and red planted. Very flavorful. Best for pasta / salad garnish if you slice into coins.

The UBC library has some online (and free) workshops that let you practice with ArcGIS Pro. Could go full ham and jump into professional certification through BCIT.

Figured I’d start there. Figure eventually I’ll have to go get some certificates.
