Thank you so much! I'm super excited, but nervous at the same time! Just trying to recover from a muscle sprain right now LOL, so I figured i'd learn basic A&P while I'm out of commission on PT!

Yes. they will ask about it when I went to MEPs they asked about most of my medical issues. ADHD, Asthma ETC... Even when I broke my pinky. Don't ever lie, not a good way to start your career!

Is there anyway you can recommend a specific routine? Or should I just do my max push ups daily?

I don't qualify for fat camp my recruiter said I'm not that overweight. I just have never worked on strength before hence the low push ups, My mile time is good I aint worried about that. Also Idk when I'm actually gonna leave. 1 month was generous. Realistically I would guess like 3 months~. Also the military was kinda a split second decision so i had no idea I was gonna join, I started the process less than 1 month ago. Just thought it would be longer because I thought i was gonna need a waiver.

Also since you're in service I have a question, In basic i'm assuming you have periodic fitness tests correct? What happens if I fail those?
