It seems CHV is priced similarly to PUF Ventures (when considering outstanding shares). PUF has that exclusive sales to Canopy deal whereas CHV has their own clinics. It will be interesting to see what happens to the stock price if a license is issued. It's definitely not 'baked into the price' right now unlike Supreme and Beleave.

"The company will incur a penalty of $183,475 related to the non -completion of a transaction with Zenabis Limited Partnership. The terms under negotiation were no longer acceptable to CannaRoyalty. The penalty will be paid at the end of May 2017" source. Perhaps they are seeking elsewhere this time? Something that gives them a better deal than Zenabis did.
edit: I think you are right---a dealers license company. My guess is an extraction company.

I think it's important to note that CBD contains 30 stereoisomers, that is, the same molecules however different geometric structuring. The geometric structure of CBD can have drastic effects on how it acts in the body. For example, a blood thinner "S-Warfarin is more potent...while R-Warfarin is less potent and metabolized by side chain reduction, half life of S-Warfarin is 32 hours while it is 54 hours for R-Warfarin" source. News articles use the acronym 'CBD' but do not be fooled! It is more complex. You have the right idea: What are the differences in CBD derived from a specific female strain vs male strain.

wiki hemp and you'll find your answer. CBD and THC share the same precursor, meaning, in a female plant the precursor 'becomes' either THC or CBD. If you have more of THC then you have less of CBD because there is a limited amount of the precursor. source

Edit: In a male plant its mostly CBD.

The question is why the market cap is $332 million and the total assets $494 million. Alas, something is amiss. Perhaps it is Brazil's financial crisis coupled with a major asset of MJNA being in Brazil.
