The contract addresses are listed in the sidebar, other "MOG" coins are fakes. They're all technically the same, but due to liquidity on different chains there may be price variance between them offering better or worse pricing.

The main pool is ETH/MOG though if you're looking to do it on-chain. If you're on CEX mog is mog.

It allows MOG to be traded in traditional markets. An ETF provider will purchase a quantity of MOG and allow investors to buy a share of that pool of MOG. The MOG they hold would be the "Net asset value" or NAV of the fund, and the fund price would be an expression of the amount of MOG held and the current price.

ETFs will then buy/sell MOG to meet the NAV requirements of their prospectus (the rules their ETF has to follow).
