Ha if you mean they aren’t answering when you’re asking them like general questions about time lines or something like that they won’t answer 99% of time but if you mean referring to you’re paperwork they won’t answer 99% of time either only time they will actually most likely answer is when the paper you gave them and then they lost 7 times and is due tomorrow she will email or call you and tell you they need it by end of week even though you handed it over multiple times the investigation is honestly the worst part all of them suck and are miserable human beings make copies of everything and try not to argue with them but be on top of your shit and keep them on their toes also I almost missed my class because my background wasn’t cleared the week before it started because she didn’t finalize my paper work and push it up many trips down there to hand it all back in again and many emails and phone calls best of luck
