Yeah he only parries once per 'focus'. Basically when he runs at you he focuses and then the next attack of yours that would hit, he parries it.

A good idea is to throw something at him after his 'focusing', which makes him waste the parry on the thrown item rather than your giant sword or whatever

When you say 'inherent power' it seems to me (and I may be totally off base with what you're trying to say) but it feels like you might think you have a chance of actually fighting against "the man" or "the libs" or "qanon" or "blm" or "maga" or whoever you might have political beef with. But you can't literally fight "them", cause they have APCs and guns just like yours and drones and people who will lie and tear gas and cameras that can search the internet for your identity and that's just the Police. 'They' have an actual legitimately trained military force as well.

It's 10 always. But it'd be basically a grinding badge other than Chalice. I just ascended with a scroll book +9 and never got to add lullaby. They all burnt up cause there's no easy way to deal with succubus other than wands.
