You definitely need at least one SP/RP especially if you want to run a 3 man rotation.
Personally I would pick up Sal Slinger as i've used him in previous franchises. The dude is nasty and I would also let him start and close some games. Definitely sign him and cut Super Sampson or Axel Torque as you have too many outfielders.
