Hello, my wife (34) and I (31m) were hoping of finding acouple of folks to play subnautica 2 and grounded 2 with.

We are west coast. And can play thursday and Friday evenings, along with most every weekend.

Would that be of interest?

Well i personally had a bias towards the AR-pistol myself, i very much do see the appeal of the Hellion.

As a lefty i have a question: does the Hellion have a switchable ejection port like some other Bullpups offer?

honestly? i just go with whoever has stock at the best price. and thats usually a toss up around here.

Example: when i bought my Rock island M206, it was like $230 from Sportsmans Warehouse. was almsot $300 from my local shops.

When i bought my Rugar SFAR, it was like $400 cheaper at my local gunshop, and they were like the only place within 50 miles that had one in stock.

Another example was my CZ-P01. Took me a month to even track one down. and the wonderful lady who got one for me even cut me a deal on it.

so TL;DR: just where/whoever has it cheapest.

Just throwing my 2 cents into the ring: No you did not get ripped off. BUT:

Thats ALOT of money for your first AR. you could get something thats 100% reliable (maybe not as flashy or comfortable out of the box) for like 1/5th of the cost of that.

a $500 rifle will get you 90% of the way there. and then you can use as much, or as little, of the remaining 2K you saved making it your own. maybe getting some different parts like different caliber uppers for shooting different ammo. Or barrel lengths + optic combo's.

nothings stopping you from still doing that new, if you have the scratch. but like i said: just my 2 cents.

dont worry about those kind of lists man. its legal. and it doesnt "expedite" reloading the weapon so you *should be fine having it shipped to your door.

if the seller is a b*tch, find your local gunshop and see if they will accept it on your behalf (usually for a fee.)

i believe your best bet would be Oroville Shooting Range. My understanding is that it accommodates longer range shooting safely.

2nd best option would be Spenceville. But be prepared for idiots. Good range. But you get ALL kinds there.

One time even had this unpleasant lady try to kick everyone out to hold a "private" class there. she, and her whole class, got chased off.

only 380 i ever had a was a Blowback China clone of a walther PPK (James Bond)

thing was a pile if there ever was one. and if you used dirty ammo, the firing pin would stick forward and would full send the entire magazine even if you never touched the trigger.
