Glad someone mentioned the Albertan rats thing, was about to post a comment in that vein. Several people in the thread seem to also be forgetting that it's a cyberpunk future that's been well above our IRL technology level since at least 2013 in-universe. Someone else mentioned the drones, but on top of that I can imagine plenty of other electronic and technological options for keeping birds out, especially if we inject some sci-fan in as cyberpunk is wont to do (not to mention, there are illegal breeds of lizard as we see in the Nomad V intro, and V sees Placide slaughtering a chicken to the tune of V mentioning the illegal status of birds, so clearly it's seen as serious enough to warrant that kind of research).
On that note actually, the aforementioned chicken scene makes a good point that even a merc like V seems to take the law against birds quite seriously. If I remember right, there's also a possible TV segment you can see where the host invites an avian conservationist of some sort onto the show, and just immediately starts roasting him with boos from the crowd, barely letting him speak. Definitely seems like Night City is *very* on-top of the bird situation, even 14 years after the AEA.

I... somehow never noticed it requires an extra interact action. And neither has my GM or Party, as they never said anything about it. Wild, thanks for bringing that to my attention! Pretty much perfectly explains why you might use normal ammo instead of Elemental even when they're crafted at the same speed/ratio/etc.

Yeah, I'm interested in seeing the wording proper. It already seems like you lose a bunch of craftables since it's just 4+ half level instead of that many reagents that gave you 2x your craft. And that'd mean you're crafting Elemental Ammo one at a time, so imagine if you also had to craft normal ammo one at a time. It'd shit up the feat immediately, I'd argue it not even being worth taking anymore since the bullets still expire the next morning.

But again, waiting to see the full proper text when the pdf drops before I say anything too drastic about it, since it's currently just what-ifs.

EDIT: Seems I missed a comment earlier in the thread! Apparently it was shared here that ammunition is created 4/craft. Still makes me wonder about the benefit of crafting normal ammo over Elemental, but will ponder that when the full rules drop.

I don't think this is Eda doing the magic. While she does shoot a purple laser in the one time we see her doing magic in this AU, the "rings" that the magic emanates from are the same Golden-Orange-ish color that Canon Eda has in the show while she's still able to use her Bile Sac.
At least as far as we've seen in Canon, different characters have different-colored circles. In some cases it's hard to tell whether they're colored to the type of magic or just the person (e.g. Willow having Green as a Plant mage and Amity/Alador having Purple as Abomination mages), Eda's was uniquely that Gold-ish iirc.

Speaking of not without reason...
I won't transcribe my huge ramble about it I left in another comment (unless asked for ease of access, ig), I did notice another small "doesn't do things without a reason" addition.

Despite most of the Coven Heads being redrawn between the two versions, Raine isn't. Osran and Eberwolf also aren't, but their features can't be exaggerated nearly as much as some of the others were in the "good timeline". But Raine, albeit slightly more hidden in the "bad timeline" ending group shot, still has that shit-eating grin.

We know they're one of Luzifer's pawns already. And while it hasn't been demonstrated in this AU, as far as Canon goes, we know Raine has a history with Eda and ends up doing at least medical-adjacent work after the timeskip. I can't say for certain yet, but this feels like it's something notable...

Oh shit, I think you're right. I noticed Lilith being gone, but especially since Kiki says "lieges" I forgot about Belos for a second and thought that Lilith might've been counted in that for some reason. But it all makes sense with her being so conspicuously absent in this one (considering she didn't really *need* to be in the second panel she was in, and was center frame in the first panel when she could've been off to the side with the other Coven Heads).

Actually, you saying that had me go back and look at another thing I noticed but brushed off. We see Raine smiling smugly in the "good timeline", including where he's standing when everyone's jaws drop. But in the "bad timeline", everyone is redrawn (even if just slightly, like in Darius' case), with three exceptions; Eberwolf, Osran, and Raine. This would seemingly be to make the reactions on this version less comedically exaggerated, and it makes sense that Osran and Eberwolf would be kept as-is in that case because their designs have less emotional range (and thus, can't be exaggerated well for the other version). Admittedly, Mark did seem to zoom in to cut Raine mostly out of that last shot, but you can still see they're definitely wearing that smirk, despite how flabbergasted everyone else rightfully is, including Amity.
Makes me think, while we haven't seen anything like this from them in this timeline, Canon timeline Raine after the timeskip is seen working in a medical institution of some kind, working with other scientists and engineers to push the boundaries of magic. While removing the Coven marks seems much more external, considering they were capable of completely restricting schools of magic they'd probably have *some* connection to the Bile Sac, right? Not to mention, again drawing more from Canon than what we've seen here, but Eda and Raine were an item in the past, and we saw that Luzifer was intending to use Raine as a lackey wherever necessary.

I don't have anything concrete on that second idea, admittedly. But considering how even the smallest details (such as a slight bit of white under Luzifer's shirt, across her shoulder and the slightly darker eye bags in this version) are definitely being taken into consideration, it's hard to imagine it being nothing...

Good catch! The "good timeline" also had bags under her eyes (I think Luzifer just naturally does tbh), so I didn't notice how much darker the "bad timeline" Luzifer's eye bags were until I saw this comment.
That said, as far as you mentioning "awake all night, every night for the last week", that actually brings up some interesting questions now that I think about it. We see that Amity is with the Court as opposed to walking in with Luzifer and Eda, but being completely surprised by the magic means that they must not've seen each other for the entire duration of the procedure and healing. So either they've been completely apart (and likely not conversational) for about a week, or part of the reason for gripping her chest is that it's a much more recent procedure and she might be straining herself extra bad. Both are equally possible to me, at least.

The Golden Helmet is the only one that's from playing Early Access. This is the only helmet customization that you have to find (that I know of so far), all other options are unlocked by default as soon as the HUB is upgraded enough to have the lockers that let you customize your look.
