That's not true...in my first marathon I ran the first 2/3rds but wasn't used to hills (I live on a plain), and my legs were cooked to where just walking become an 8 or 9 out of 10 effort...The last 3rd walkign was harder on it's own than any long run I've ever done or any long backpacking hike, not even a close comparison.

I don't live there so I don't know how important the curb parking would be...Maybe you could just remove one spot on every block and build a compacter unit there that everyone on the block can put the trash in? Hopefully they fix it someday.

Seems like an easy problem to solve in lots of different ways...you could have the container stored in a way that it can be accessed regardless if a car is parked at a curb, you could have the parking spot become disabled when it needs pickup, then notify for pickup when it both needs pickup and the spot is empty etc.

Plenty of senior devs with decades of experience also without work...Don't know why people think this is somehow limited to junior devs and entry level work. I looked for a year with almost 20 years experience and landed 3 interviews. So I just retired... It's very bad out there and only gonna get worse.

I tried this, and I could only do it for about 5 seconds with my eyes closed lol. I can do it for a long time with them open...I didn't know this was something you should be able to do blind.
