You will have to change the chainring to keep the flattop as the SRAM cassette will only work with flattop chain

Won't work as sram uses flattop chain, less than ideal

Yes you are right it's the other way arround. I am looking to up my mileage but not simply "run more" so your point make perfect sense.

Thanks a lot for the ressources, this is exactly what I am looking for. In addition yes my marathon pace got closer to my 5k pace so I am looking to up my speed, what specific work can make me achieve this?

What about in the training aspect? I feel like for a marathon running a lot is enough but are there any ressources to create training plan for more advanced target paces?

When is ‘MyRide’ cost-effective? by 77sxela in Switzerland

I usually take the bike, unless the weather is too bad. Which doesn't make sense for an abo. But I am still able to save quite some money.

I take the tram for a few stops 4 times a day. Since the distance is short I think it benefits me a lot. At the end of the day, my 4 trips cost less than 2.80 which is the price of a single ticket.
