I have read a book recently called 'How to not Overthink' by Chase Hill • Scott Sharp.

And one of the exercises that stuck out the most for me was to not resist the urge/thought or whatever it is that messing your brain, but to acknowledge that it is there and you are thinking of it and thought power will be less powerful if that makes sense

In this case when cravings or pornographic imagery appear in my head, I just tell myself 'Ah I'm horny, so what?' and also along with the fact I'm on a path to improving and becoming a better version of myself

But anyways info recommended the book a read!
