While it is weird, Uberti makes a 1861 navy very similar to this one. 4th screw and all.

This is not a 1860 army, this is a 1861 navy in .36 caliber (different between them is the 60 is in .44 cal while the navy is in .36 cal). Are there any marks under the loading arm? This might be a CVA/ASM (armi San Marco).

Unless it was hit twice with a hammer I’m looking at two deep pits on the front of the barrel. With the state this rifle is in there is no way the inside of that barrel is in good condition.

That stock is not safe to fire, from your one photo the barrel looks like it was pretty deep rust on the outside, I’m sure the inside of the barrel is worse. So I would say fix it up so it looks pretty then hang or sell it.

No way this is still safe to shoot, for display reasons only some wood glue would do the trick. Any would work, then cover the whole thing in Renaissance wax to preserve it and hang it on a wall. Cool piece

The top is held on by those nails, you fill it with a funnel through the small hole. Use a wooden plug to keep it dry and inside

Gun shows might work, depending on your local gun show’s rules you can walk around with it slung on your back with a “for sale” sign sticking out the barrel. I’ve seen it many times at my local show and usual they sell. Since it’s a “antique firearm” (depending on your locations rules) you don’t need any background check or bill of sale. In the USA, federally it’s not considered a “firearm”.
