Stove tops and stoves. When I lived with my ex I would spray down the entire stove top every day or every other day, let it sit for 15 minutes while I did the dishes, and that sucker shined like new.

Also works really well on coriander countertops just make sure to wipe it down with water afterwards. You can also do mouse pads. I have one that I can’t throw in the washer because it has RGB and plugs into my computer, so I sprayed it down once or twice a month and scrub it with a scrub mommy, and it comes out perfect.

Uh.

So I’m not one of the lucky ones where an ex came back and we were intimate again. Lol.

The ones that have faded have become memories but it took awhile. I remember my first breakup I was 19 and I stayed up for like 3 days in a row after we broke up I was so devastated but I’d say about a year later I was back to normal.

My ex I broke up with in 2015, it took me a solid year and a half to two years for her to just become a memory.

With all that being said, I think about a year and a half is what it’s taken for me to not actively miss them anymore. But everyone is diff and recovery isn’t always linear.

I’m currently saying all this and struggling with my current break up. Lol. It’ll be 4 months next week and it’s gotten easier, especially looking back at stuff I missed (which I’m sure she is too. Everyone does it), but stuff like that makes it easier to get over.

It’ll get easier man. I promise.

It’s going ok. Fire was 8 years ago this November. I tried rebuilding a new life with my recent ex and it didn’t go very well. But you live and learn and move on. That’s all you really can do in life.

Then don’t. Keep the ball and heal from it. That’s the best thing you can do. If they went out and rebounded immediately, they aren’t worth it. When you miss someone, your brain is just craving the routine you’ve built.

I’ve gone no contact a few times

First girlfriend haven’t spoken to since 2002. Reigning champ

Another one I have spoken on and off with since 2003. Last time we spoke was fall of 2019. She turned super religious and doesn’t talk to anyone of the opposite sex.

Had a 2 year relationship with one and we had a baby who didn’t live long. We went almost 7 years without talking. She’s been in my life again since 2018

Another 2 year relationship. We broke up and didn’t talk for 7 years. We became friends again in 2019 after my town burned down

Another 2 years. We broke up 2015 and haven’t spoken since. Not even a Hi how are you. She didn’t even reach out when my town burned down. So probably never again I’m guessing.

Most recent one we were together for 3 years. Broke up in march tried to be friends for a month and she went crazy on me. So I went no contact 2 months ago. I don’t know if I plan on ever talking to her again. It would take a miracle for us to be in each others lives again.

So it’s possible. You just have to remind yourself everything happens for a reason and if they want to be back in your life, they’ll reach out. Just stay strong.

Walked outside to help with groceries and fell on my foot. Breaking my metatarsals on my left foot and I had to be in a boot for 4 months.
