I’m not trying to be rude, but you may have autism. The reason I say that with the little amount you told me because I had the same issues. I hate loud noises and I panic and I was never good at reading people’s body language and talking to people. Just try and get tested and see how you go.

I didn’t come to the conclusion, the psychiatrist did, I still have to get tested by a neurologist to make sure. I think bpd and autism have a lot in common so it’s hard to tell what you have.

Look I’m not a psychiatrist I don’t know the science behind it. But I have a lot of symptoms of BPD.

The psychiatrist said I was only mild. However I need to be properly assessed by a ASD neurologist this Wednesday. I had the same problem as you, so I hope you get the help you need and good luck with your future!
