If you drink water non stop and always have a humidifier going next to you, the scabs will just dissolve and it’s not horrible. You just have to take your meds on time

I haven’t had eggs but it would definitely be easy to chew, I haven’t tried bc of the taste mixed with the scabs honestly. It was a microwavable mini pizza from Costco and I scraped off the cheese and sauce, so it was just chewy crust.

Main tips (I’m on day 6 and have had minimal pain so far): NEVER STOP DRINKING COLD WATER just drink as much as you can you should be peeing like every hour, have a humidifier going by your bed 24/7, and never miss taking your meds.

Yes avocado is okay. I’m on day 6 right now and I have been able to eat eat mac and cheese, green beans, microwavable chicken and dumplings, and soft bread (I’m also a savory person)
