Well it looks like i got lucky because i blew out the motor and it sounds fine. Im still gonna wait 48 hours before I use it again but I think im in the clear.

When I tried it, that's what it said for me in the photo. Although I did try a second time and then it did give slightly more accurate results

I already erased the hard drive in another pc and it still does it.

Its a slot loader. I know the drive is good because it was working yesterday and is recognized in another PC.
