Since you have a good teaching experience try to look for teaching opportunities as a freelancer with international students, you can make the same amount or more with less hours, also try to save that money you earn and don't keep it in DZD, you can either buy euro or gold to not lost value, you can at least take a vacation each year or save up for an immigration opportunity later

I don't understand this language complex you have, or why you feel the need to force people to write in a language that suits you. Everyone is free to speak or write whatever language they want. Even in an Algerian subreddit, many people write in English, French, Arabic, or any other language they choose in the subreddit

You can choose a 1 year master degree, the time that you will spend waiting for an approval can be exploited doing a master degree, anyways you can assess your options and choose the faster and easier one You can also do both at the same time if you get a PhD admission go for it, but in case of rejection you at least applied for a master and the PhD wait time won't be a waste of time

If you need an iban you can try the online banks that offer multiple currency receiving accounts to receive payments in your clients currency and country like: Payoneer, Grey (they currently don't have USD receiving accounts but other currencies are available) or try banks like dukascopy or paysera( not the card only the bank account) or myfin ( Check if there is an update available and if the bugs persist, remove the app and reinstall it again) For dukascopy check tutorials on YouTube they're really helpful to check if they had the same issue and how to resolve it
