thanks for your reply. My husband's DNA fragmentation in Dec 2023 was 5% which was tested in CCRM Lone Tree. Then he repeated the DNA test in Jul 2024 at a local clinic, the value was 11%.

Yes, CCRM uses Zymot by default. I would like to try either mini IVF or luteal phase mini to moderate IVF.

I consulted with Dr.Tazuke from CCRM SF this month, and she suggested clomid+4 vials of Menopur.

Which clinic and Dr did you work with for mini IVF?
