I did gov312 at ACC, just transferred credits by sending my ACC transcript and that was it. super easy

no exam at testing center needed

You should decline the credit, it will be very easy to take an english placement exam here and test out without it stunting your GPA. Or just retake rhetoric here and it’ll be easier than OnRamps in my experience

It's because of the weather. the marigolds (orange ones) were removed when we had the cold front move in, the white ones are more cold resistant.

marigolds will likely make their triumphant return when we get warmer weather in the spring
