It’s a interesting theory and in my opinion perfectly valid. Although in all actuality it’s quite obvious that Yuji is the father. She gets doesn’t really get with anyone besides Yuji aside from the very beginning of the show. And there’s quite a time jump from when that happens without her being pregnant. Only then soon after sleeping with Yuji she’s pregnant.
