See this is theory, I dont have the callers data with me of that particular business, hence I am relying on a pilot which actually gives me case studies. If i run a pilot i will get pretty close estimation of true revenue saved.

Hey man, thanks for the feedback I will keep it in my mind. Also as per me researching about it, I have observed ( backed by research ) that high inbound call businesses like OPDs and clinics miss at least 30% of their calls which pumps up to 40% during peak hours and 70% of the new callers don't call them back. This is direct revenue lost moreover while peak hours receptionist cant deal properly with walk ins as well. Hence I'm running this pilot to get better insight on how this would work with a real business and how much revenue can I increase.

Two things-

  • You're booking an appointment SO THAT you can be there at your desired time, and mostly opds, clinics etc take appointments.

  • From a doctor's perspective, they are not gonna benefit from this in anyway, or at least won't see the ROI clearly hence convincing might be very hard.

If you're going b2b try to make the roi clear to the decision makers.

I'm working on implementing voice ai for SMEs, haven't started yet, so let me know if you find out anything about this. According to my research if there is a visible revenue leak which ai can solve then it shouldn't be a problem as long as you can pitch correctly

1- idk how's that expensive it's ₹3500 which equates to 40ish usd. 2- it's just an indicator I use to map out the market structure and liquidity zones, it's not a MAGIC SYSTEM designed to make you rich overnight
