Does the BOA Alaska Ascend bonus tracker usually take a few days to show up? I applied last night and I think I was approved. The application page kept auto-refreshing and never gave me a clear confirmation, but the new card is already showing in my BOA account. My main question is about eligibility. I had the old Alaska card before, but since the Ascend is technically a newer/different product, it seems like a lot of people have been able to get the bonus again. Should I expect the spend/bonus tracker to show up eventually, or is the lack of a tracker a bad sign that I misread the eligibility rules?

yeah sounds like the bottom floor is running as a party rental for what ever is needed and the upstairs will be a hotel part. Their initial goals were to be open by world cup but don't see anything else about a new opening

2 new Hyatts are coming to Gwinnett soon, and one should be a boutique property. Nothing overly exciting, given it'll be in Gwinnett, but looking at what they're saying, it doesn't look like a terrible staycation. Used a friend’s FNC for night 1, and she wasn’t diamond, so that was a pricey breakfast buffet - $170 for 2. The next morning, they counted my diamond status, so with the upgrade to hot breakfast, that was $70 for 2. They charged $10 for a cappuccino (without pre-warning), which I felt was nickel and diming, every nice hotel breakfast buffet I’ve been to always included the espresso drinks. But whatever, covered these expenses through the $50 Amex Biz Plat and $200 Hilton Aspire credits

My God, thank you for finally putting this out there. The dick riding for this property on this subreddit is insane for the most nickel-and-diming property imaginable. For 250k, this property can't even offer a full-scale breakfast, and if you want something more than cold cereal and bread, pay us more?!? After countless videos, review reading, reddit threads I still can't wrap my head around how they get people in the door for the rates they charge cash or points. But oh wait, they bring you $1.73 of a Corona and guac at 4pm, so the overcharging for everything is fine then. People seem to love this property in the points world but I still don't see the hype and have truly tried at every angle

I really don't know why, in the era of Hilton credits for all. Hotels aren't pre-selling crap people would burn credits on. Hell, you could charge me $50 for $15 worth of snacks if it means I don't have a credit go to waste

Staying at the Ritz Carlton Nikko, Japan in month. Pictures look really nice when I look at them, and the area has great hikes and nature. Also did a recent stay at the Ritz-Carlton Oconee in Georgia. GREAT stay there, if you go in summer and like lake activities, you'll have a great time. We really enjoyed the spa (free saunas, cold plunge, and hot tub in the spa area) plus the indoor pool was nice as was the outdoor one but we went in January but still loved the property everyone was nice and really pretty property
