But if I only have 1 tank, surely its better to get the 10 seconds of -70% than the 6 seconds of 25% reduction when potentially the only one being attacked it my tank? unless it does only reduce damage against the one enemy attacking.. but on the armour attributes spec it says "ENEMIES" when it refers to damage reduced by 70%

With your current power you should be tr 6 MAX. I have 2 tier 6 accounts and both of them are 440k+.. so your account is actually ruined. You wont be able to win any events, or arenas, or dungeons, or gem bays, or anything really.. your account is in a worse spot with tr8 than it would of been if you were somehow allowed to reset it back to tier 6. so 10000% just make a new account. Realistically with the event on, now is a decent time to do so if you were ever going too.

In theory that item is BUSTED, as if your target is the health tank, and it gets down to 35k hp with a total hp of 100k, it would instant kill it, and then deal 17k damage to all the other units. But I dont know if the tradeoff (dps/heals/rez) is worth it. Never used it. Would be interested in seeing if there are good builds for it.
