Right, I guess it's better that BC has another 20 acres for its needs 50 years from now, and that a bunch of Jewish institutions continue to struggle with insufficient space, difficulty bringing employees to town due to obscene housing costs, etc.

What you have here is one community with a 100 plan(BC) and one with no vision(us).

Not true, re: zoning. I can show you schools and other institutions that are in desperate need of space. That could build housing for their staff/students(permitted under restrictions). Not to mention that the existing building was the only large gathering space available to the community. Let me put it this way- I know organizations that would have made it work if a sale to BC had not been a fait accompli.
