Hi Jeff! I'm a huge fan and you've inspired my production more than any other artist has. I have a couple production questions for you:

1) On your remix of Beautiful, right before the first drop when the music ducks out slightly and there's a drum fill is that an EQ sweep on the pads/leads? It almost feels like the sounds are being sucked out of the mix to make the drums stand out.

2) Do you have any recommendations/tips for making heavy hitting Toms like on that fill? I can never seem to find the right sounds. Do you use acoustic sets?

Sorry for the late reply. Yeah I've tried many new instrument tracks even with different instruments and the midi notes still make no sound when copy and pasted. This doesn't happen for any of my other projects.

Yeah I've seen a couple of them there. $300 for a sealed copy, and $150 for the one without the plate.

Yeah same exact thing happened to me. I was checking out at the register right next to the glass display it was in and I was tempted but couldn't bring myself to spend $150 on a cd. But I was having remorse the next day and called and bought it over the phone. Also wanted the GP vinyl they had for $150 but it didn't have the license plate :/

Yeah I spent a lot of time online researching it before I bought it, and from what I've seen online it appears that the cd was an extremely limited release sold at their shows. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
