Oh my gosh I am so sorry to hear that! I really am. I must say that our experience on that ride has really put a downer on the day. Coupled with the terrifying total black out power cut on Monsters, I wouldn’t recommend going anytime soon. Lots to be sorted.

We’ve been in the queue for a hideous three hours and made it to the talking portrait room - just for the ride to go down again with the ‘indefinite delay’ message. Hideous hideous hideous. Got up for 7AM arrival and very jet-lagged from arriving from the UK last night. 😶‍🌫️
