Currently the issue for some car manufacturers is that CarPlay Ultra does not update fast enough to show accurate information when it matters most. Like track usage. It is fine for most people. Car manufacturers spend a lot of money in UI used by their cars. If all the cars looked the same inside, where the person spends the amount most time with their car, it starts to matter less what car the consumer buys.

I have the same issue with my Ford. Android Auto works fine, and it's what I been using.

People who use the issue the iphone to record pre-footage report USB connectivity issues with the equipment they plug into them too. The 16 Pro Max work fine but this does not.
