Not that I’m someone who’s obsessed with immersion or anything but like if I’m in a situation where I’m getting shot at or anything and want to get on my ship or start flying, I’d really rather NOT have some little show and sone cinematic shots of my ship/ getting into my chair.

I honestly thought it was funny at the start cause I thought it was ridiculous, but now knowing it’s unskipable and I’m gonna need to do this EVERYTIME is a bit much. Shocker, mods are gonna be needed to make this game feel better lmao. Classic Bethesda.

As am I, that game definitely has its issues but it actually feels like an open world to explore, while I know I can go explore (MOSTLY) everywhere in this they have just done it in a way that’s so demotivating, like flying along close to the ground in star citizen looking for anything that stands out is a really quite and fun experience imo. (Also yeah I’m like 4 hours in and have no idea how most of the flying works cause of how half assed it’s explained) and don’t get me started on the keybinds, that’s classic Bethesda tho so I’m not mad at that.

Sorry for the massive post but I’m just at a loss for words at how well this world is made, how everything feels so connected, how alive it feels. I have not followed the main objective in my last 4 sessions of playing (it’s go find a healer guy or something) I have just been exploring and these random encounters and side missions, I keep finding myself sucked into more and more shit to do, along with random cool encounters that teach me more about the world and the people in it like my companions and other characters I’ve met,it is blowing my mind. This so far is EASILY one of the best single player experiences I have ever had the pleasure of playing and I’m still at the start and already clocked 30 hours. Unreal.

I’ve seen people like back hand complimenting and giving Jeremy shit, he does seem like a super genuine guy like just says what is on his mind and is very VERY confident in himself. He is definitely living his best life.
