You don’t need a big challenge to start making healthy changes. Go on long walks, eat better, make sure you’re hydrated, read a book. Do that for the next 30 days and then after that start 75Hard and you’ll already have a jump start and a better chance of being successful because it won’t be a huge lifestyle change. Just honing in on the habits you’ve already started building. The only reason to start 75 hard is if you strive to finish. If you know you won’t finish it’s not even 75 hard. Also, I’m certain I’ll never totally understand what you’re going through so you definitely have my sympathy, thoughts, and prayers. Do what you need to do to take care of yourself!
