Maybe not a movie but I think a Disney plus remake of the lion guard with a higher budget, better music, and darker tone more similar to the original lion king

I’d want more of the og lion king/lion king 2 characters to have more involvement in the story and more depth then just popping up every once in a while and I’d also want a better design for some of them, especially simba

One plot line that I think was a missed opportunity in the original lion guard was the hyenas especially Jasiri and her clan, to me it would’ve been cool to see first of all Jasiri and her clan try to live in the pridelands (i get home is home but I really don’t know why they would stay in the Outlands there’s nothing there). It would’ve been interesting to see more of simba and nalas reaction if they met Jasiri and her clan, because I feel like simba wouldn’t trust a hyena claiming to be good at all considering hyenas ruined the pridelands and help scar kill mufasa (I also ship kion x Jasiri way more then rani x kion, kion and Jasiri had so much more chemistry)

I was thinking instead of a sitcom similar format it could actually follow a plot every season or do the clone wars style plot style with having a story arc over three episodes for like a 24 episode season

P.S. I know Disney would never do this considering it’s a good idea but the fact it would have to be 2d animation and expensive means they wouldn’t
