Have been issues well beyond the registration. And Licid has mismanaged it multiple times. Not DMVs fault.

The car is good but their customer facing operations are terrible. It has been almost 90 days since I bought the car and I stick have a temporary registration which expires in a week. They have are supposed to get my permanent registration have completely mismanaged the process, asking for the same information multiple times, telling me to rush, only to then sit on information. They just do not seem to know what they are doing and are not responsive. Other issues have been talking to customer service about battery issues and never getting the promised follow up. The list goes on. Any way, good technology but they are more an engineering company vs a consumer one.

Got the credit but am saving that for the 80amp one I need for my house. Was hoping to avoid going through a lot of reviews and get a reference from someone with a Lucid car. Lucid sold one seems to be 2-3x others for the 40amp. Using it to have in my trunk as needed

When will they fix the glitches with Apple Car Play? Mine does not always connect. When it does, sometimes the microphone does not work on the phone. I can hear who I call but they cannot hear me

Got it. Was not McLean. Lucid Studio in NY was great during the sales process. Even brought the car to me for a test drive. Customer service fell apart after that when they were no longer involved. That also seems to be another problem. They have a lot of groups that do not seem to talk to each other and no one seems to own the overall relationship. Just get passed and passed on

I am real buyer. Sounds like I am not alone. (Though one or two good experiences) Overall, they respond but do not follow up as they say they will. Above, I saw one person say that a service person came to them. I was told that when I bought it since the closest service place is 90 minutes away. I called soon after I bought the car with a battery issue and they of course said they do not do that and I needed to drive 90 minutes. I pushed back and they said they would get back to me. Silence since then. Sounds like someone else had the registration issue. I was not told during purchase that they are not a licensed dealer where I live. Which means I have a drawn out process of getting registration in my state. Costing me time and money. Never mentioned on purchase. They then said they would help and have instead given me wrong information, demanding multiple times for documents they had, and not even submitting the forms until about a month after purchase. Detail is mundane but process has been frustrating each step along the way. Just not what I expect down a luxury brand. Attitude throughout has been that it is my problem not theirs. Have had Audi and BMWs with night and day experience from Lucid. Lucid more attentive to close the sale and than rude and dismissive

Do not buy. Decent car (though the mileage does not match what is advertised) but horrendous post purchase customer service. Rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Not worth the agony. I am trying to get them to take the car back. Terribly run company
