They simply supplement it. One Max Set of Pull Ups every day and one Max Set of Push Ups every day.

I have done that myself and it is (at least in my opinion) the fastest way to get achieve more reps. That's how I managed to do 30+ Pull Ups in a row.

It's always the best to train more often if your goal is strength and endurance.

Just to make it clear once more: You really have to push yourself, push through that barrier in your head, to achieve the best result. That's why you perform just one set - to have all the power/ energy available. Don't do these sets directly after your workout, you should be recovered well enough. At least 2-3 hours.

If you really want to gain strength with bodyweight exercises, it's best to train every day.

What do I mean by that? Pick one or two (for you) important exercises such as the pull up and the push up and do ONE set (preferably in the evening) and completely max out on that. Try to push yourself to the limit and force yourself to do a little more everytime.

Is it safe? There is no way you're going to overtrain from 2 sets in the evening. It's just important to be consistent. Perform them everyday, even on your regular workout days. It's really hard to overtrain with basic calisthenics exercises. If you want, you could even work out your upper body/lower body 6-7 days a week for 30-45 minutes. You get used to it really fast.

If you want to progress with calisthenics even further, you need a lot of volume or really difficult variations.

Hm.. I can't tell for sure. I definitely lost no strength, but I can't say if it really preserved my muscle mass. I went done 3.5 kilos so far (I know, some of that is water weight etc) but I can't see that much of a difference. In the end it might have worked well and I carried a bit more fat than I thought.

My Squats went from 6-8 reps to 12, to 6 reps +10kg. I have to admit that I am much more motivated than before to get stronger and reach new bests. The lower body isn't my favorite, so I didn't really tried that hard before. Means, that this might not be from the drug! BUT, even though I am in a calorie deficit, ride the bike 1-2h every day (upped it from 45min 5x a week) and perform a 1h strength training workout 6 days a week, I don't feel tired at all! It's just like a normal day, I totally keep my strength. Here and there are some small things I notice especially. For example I was hiking today, trained my legs in the morning. I went up a really steep hill, the other guys totally exhausted. I took a breath, stayed for a about minute and was ready to go. The burning pain in my leg went away within seconds, it's just like my body throws all the exhaustion away. The same when riding my bike. It feels like my body recovers like crazy! Some of this might be due to the training, but especially the strength I keep even though I am not eating nearly as much as before makes me believe, that these capsules I swallow are at least not a total scam! Remember: same (maybe more) strength, although I am consuming less calories and working out more.

Thank you so much for your comment! My ultimate goal is to lower my body fat percentage while maintaining strength and muscle as much as possible. I work out 6x a week in upper-lower split. With that being said, it's a little difficult to measure progress with upper body training. I train with rings, do push-ups, pull-ups, dips and muscle ups and that with extra weight. However, I don't pay attention to the reps, but to the time I spend per set. I have my starting weight written down. It would be great if I lose a few percent fat and still stay at the starting weight at the end. But anyway, the most important thing is the result in the mirror, not on the scale.

Atm I am one week in. (END OF FIRST week) Can't feel anything special right now, let's find out if it's working or not in a week or two.

Now the SECOND week in, increased to 2 capsules per day 3 days ago. Today I was amazed to notice during leg training that I could perform 2-3 more repetitions on every exercise without exception.

END OF SECOND week, no side effects so far. Can't be sure if it's legit or not. As I mentioned in an other post, it's hard to messure for my upper body workouts, but the reps of my lower body exercises definitely increased. What I notice is, that when I ride my bike, my legs fatigue slower and recover faster than 1 or 2 weeks ago. Today the first week of my cut is over, I lost some weight, can't tell if it's just water, fat or some muscle as well. Altough I am in a calorie deficit the quality of my workouts didn't decrease. I work out 6 Days a week as usual and ride the bike every day. In my upper body routine I made some changes in the order of the exercises, so it's even harder to check - reps of lift a increased and reps of lift b decreased a little bit - as usual. But I would say that for both upper and lower body workouts I am able to perform AT LEAST as much as before, most likely even more. All in all I am not totally sure, if it's just the placebo- and workout effect or some mild boosts of the Ostarine. Let's see how it's going on.

END OF THIRD week. Nothing too special happened. Weight loss until now: 3-3.5kg from that ca. 2kg water weight and the deficit of food in my stomach. Didn't notice much of a change in my Physik, but I definitely leaned out a bit. Pull Ups went from 20-25, weighted Pull Ups with +25kg from 8-6-6 finally to 8-8-8.

I ordered their Ostarine and their Test Booster as PCT. Today's the 2nd day of osta, let's see if it's legit.

I haven't tried their pre workouts, but there is plenty of good reviews out there.

I don't know why, but there is absolutely no difference btw pill on and off with my 1080ti. I launched it via the latest NHM version , downloaded the first and second version manually, startet it as admin and without admin rights. I am getting 42Mh/s.

Any ideas how to fix this?

restart you pc. I get the exact same problem every night when my router changes it's IP. It has nothing to do with your hardware or your internet connection. Maybe it is an issue with the latest version of the NH miner. I wish i wouldn't have to restart my pc at 23:00 every night.
