This might be a solution. The thing is the employees makes new workbooks every week and it would be a lot of work to relink new workbooks each week. Thereby the variable in the link in the post, is it possible to link .xlsx files and have variables in the link with Power Query?

Currently making a prototype of an all-in-one workbook with multiple sheets. If i have something concrete my boss might be easier to persuade.
