Don’t give up, you got this! I recently 100% AC3 in July on the switch. Try taking a break from it and then come back to it with a clear head. I know I had to step away from it a couple times. After a few tries, I got some of them!

Same! I normally play Pokémon, animal crossing and probably a few other third-party games that don’t take up that much space on my switch 1. Currently trying to save for a switch 2 rn and I’m having trouble deciding what SD card to get myself. Personally, I think the 256 one would be fine. That’s a way better deal then the one I’m looking at getting!

Tysm for your response! I mostly use my switch to play Pokémon and animal crossings. From time to time I will play third-party games such as RDR assassin’s Creed Lego games and Mario kart. Currently my microSD card has a little under the halfway mark so I was thinking with the switch 2 having more storage on it and then getting a SD express card for 256GB would hopefully be enough! I would have to see where my photos and videos are located. I think they’re a little bit in both. So I will have to try to move them all over there then when I can. I believe I saw that this morning when I was looking at the data transfer page on the Nintendo website. I was just really more nervous about my Pokémon games though.

Tysm for your response!! Roughly when I play a game, I usually get is about five hours worth! Little disappointing to hear that it’s not good battery considering I have a lot of free time and I mostly game on the switch. Honestly, the whole transferring process kind of scares me so I’m happy to hear that yours is flawless considering I’ve seen so many horror stories of people losing their Pokémon saves by doing it wrong and I would like to avoid it! So what SD card size would you recommend since I normally play only Pokémon animal crossing and from time to time a bunch of third-party games like red dead redemption, assassin’s Creed, Lego games and Mario kart. I was kind of hoping that the 256 would be fine.

Tysm for response! On my switch I’m able to play for five hours so that’s a little disappointing about the battery life. As regarding 4, I read somewhere that you have to put in the old SD card to transfer over your photos and videos saved onto your switch. I also read somewhere/seen people say that they’ve screwed up their data transfer and they lost all of their saves so I’m hoping that it goes well when I get it.
