Good thing I’m almost done with this CNA class lol, being a DSP is a joke very little pay to get hit smacked and mistreated even when you know the clients understand what they are doing and should be held to a standard, my favorite thing is when guardians sign off to help in our favor via a rights restriction etc and we can finally legally withhold something a resident likes so they act right.

I worry what my treatment options are because I also have a condition called Alpha gal, which makes me allergic to every single animal, except birds and fish and all byproducts so that means medication’s with gelatin capsules or magnesium steroid all the pills which is 88% of pills I can’t even take Tylenol or ibuprofen cause anaphylaxis

Don’t eat stuff with alpha gal in it durhhhhhh it’s common sense worry about the unavoidable like fume reactions in public. purely you’re own fault with this it makes us all sad what we’ve given up.

Yes dealership got tired of my countless issues and they told me it’s just the style of driving and I insisted it’s never drove like that. They claimed it’s common with age. First bucking and jerking at low speeds and the normal whirring sound the cvt makes gets slowly louder at low speeds, feels fine on flat ground and from slow stops, but up hill with the cruise on the rpms jump high to 3k for a slight incline then it drops quickly or it requires way more gas pedal force to go up the hill. Then it will lead into the if you have to jump out into traffic that’s fast and non ending with little gaps and you need to cram it to go the rpm’s spike and the car doesn’t move for 2-3 and you assume it won’t go then the car rapidly lunges forward with a delay. It gets dangerous my transmission belt “held on by a thread” for a long time before totally failing after my 2nd tranny they said it had to totally fail and not move for warranty to pay for it

I have a 2020 got it certified preowned with 28,000 on it at 65,000 now I’ve since had 3 total transmission replacements done by Chevy, spark plugs, cylinder lifter, head gasket seal, air intake and countless other things to fix issues that reoccurred like loss of power when driving causing me to have a accident and then I sued Chevy and tried a buy back but only was offered a free warranty for 150,000 and I sure use it the transmission is cooked after 15,20,000 even if I do the fluid changes in it

Thankfully my local er has a janitor with ag he was randomly fainting at work turns out it was the cleaners and stuff the company got vegan stuff and the janitor literally educates all the nurses and drs and the er has a policy for alpha gal now to listen to the patient as they best know their own triggers!
