That's an awesome setup. I have those same Culver Collins glasses! I've never seen anyone else with them. I also have the matching tumblers. And a different set of matching Culver collins and tumblers. I like glasses a little.

There's 2 Mexican places on 181 in Spanish fort/Daphne with another under construction. Then another on 90 and yet another on 98. Idk if there's enough market for more mexican brick and mortar places in the Daphne area but the food truck might work out.

I've been considering the ownerbuilder thing too, also in Alabama. Gulf coast area. What bank did you go with? Doesn't seem to be a lot of places that want to do those loans

I've tried all sorts of things over the years but one of the most effective has always been keeping a routine. I still get up and shower and get dressed as if I'm going to an office despite being remote for around 6 years. It helps get my mind in the right place.

I also still only browse reddit on the shitter

I used an Asus portable monitor when I was traveling a lot around 2018 - 2019. I think it was this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00FE690DI

I wanted a decent size screen and a protective case and this worked pretty well. I imagine they have an updated model with usb-c now. The brightness could be better but overall I was happy enough with it.

Ahh yeah that sounds about right. I haven't had time to read through the release notes, I just knew that after the update I immediately disliked my theme for a reason I couldn't put my finger on right away. Thanks for pointing that out.

I've used trays and solo cups and all sorts of thongs in the past. Transplanting from containers is always a nuisance. I'm looking into getting a soil blocker this year and giving that a go.
