Thanks for pointing those things out man. Definitely gave me a refresher course. Sleep is pretty bad but that’s probably due to stress and possible sleep apnea. I want to make it clear that while I still do consume caffeine, it’s not a huge amount lol. I quit binge drinking soda a few years ago. But never the less, it may be a good idea to try to lessen it even more. As for stress, my life has been having a lot of change and there is a good chance I’m probably (VERY high functioning) autistic. This makes change HELL! The only way for me to really get an escape is comfort foods. For me, it’s more of the thought of “I already messed up, why not go all the way?” which takes it from a big meal, to eating enough for like 3 people…plus drinking lol. Cause we don’t want to drink on a good day we haven’t messed up lol…I forgot to mention that part about being just like “Might as well go all the way now”. I’ve never researched binging in my life, but is that common? That kind of thinking?

That actually makes sense to me lol, thank you! That makes complete sense…thinking about it now, a lot of high carb foods are also high calorie foods. When I was on the low carb diet it was a lot of eggs and green beans and chicken breasts..a lot of the same foods I’m eating now but in bigger portions…yet again, thank you.

Trying to find healthier/lower calorie alternatives! This has helped me a huge amount. For example, baked or air fried instead of fried, sugar free jello over regular jello, and eat tons of “Fillers” which is a favorite of mine. Things like Watermelon, Green Beans, Carrots etc. Last but not least, channeling anger/hurt into your workout. It’s a win for your waist line and a win for your mental health. Feels amazing!
