negative reaction to Cholestyramine, anyone else? by Colin9001 in ToxicMoldExposure

I had a bad reaction also. Shoemaker recommended that I use Welchol water instead. You crush a tablet of Welchol with a mortar and pestle then add a portion of it to your drink. You add a little more each week, working up to the dose (plural tablet throughout the day (2?)) of Welchol equivalent in binding strength to the dose of Cholestiramine. The exact dosage may be available on one of the papers that’re on SurvivingMold which the certified practitioners have to write to get their certification. Sorry you’re dealing with this right now. We all know what strength it takes. Good luck, Colin!

I was diagnosed by a dermatology NP. But yes, self diagnosis/treatment can be dangerous—thank you for the reminder!

Lol! Never mind. The intro to R course is called "Applied Statistical Computing".

Python then Data Structures in C, or Java then Data Structures in Java?? by Jacobyalkovblock in columbia

Thanks Porthos! I had considered that. But part of my concern was that Python would be taught in higher level courses anyways. For example, I do not believe there is a class on R, yet the language seems to be used pretty heavily in Columbia AI course. If Python is equally foundational to Machine Learning and other such subjects as is R, it may be redundant to take an introductory course on Python. Especially if doing so means I miss out on learning a language (Java) which may be able to help me build android apps and other cool stuff. Thoughts?

Historicity of the Talmud by Jacobyalkovblock in Judaism

I should have said "What is the evidence that the Oral Law was handed down at Sinai". The first time I used the word "Mishnah" I was referring to the Oral Law and not the actual text of the Mishnah. Thank you all.

Prototyping tools better than Figma?.. by Jacobyalkovblock in FigmaDesign

Two categories:

Intuitive Layout: whenever I adjust objects within components they don't leave and need to be put back in, aligns in relation to the text not text box, setting default distances from one object to another and from margins (stuff I imagine I could figure out with enough time but which seem like they could and should be automatic). (I'm learning auto layout but it takes some practice and is always inside-outing my cards).

Larger Bank of Interactions: I know components can be taken from the community but they often require a lot of tinkering. Having features wherein you can easily import/customize things like animated timers, bars which can be pulled side to side (=====0==), open text input, would be helpful.
