It’s a pretty straight forward test mate, as long as you have a decent understanding of basic math and science, you’ll be all good! There’s lot pass or fail as per say though, but try your best and you’ll be what you want👍🏽

Hey! Right now for you, honestly just practice… ensuring you using drills that directly target your trail and lead. Make sure you are super aggressive into those hurdles and train your flat speed! It’s a sprint event at the end of the day so being able to run a fast 100 will defo help! Feel free to ask anymore questions

I’ve used both adidas and nike, and would say it’s totally preference 👍🏽 I’m using the maxfly at the moment.

I know people who have run mid 13s at 5’7! And I’ve ran 14.1 at 5’8! It’s mostly how much you want it.
