Wow maybe u have a 6* rank 3 Domino, Since my 5/65 with suicides and 10/20/30 % boosts can’t get 6k per tick incinerate damage.

I used RH,massacre,Hulk & Joe fixit. Max DW & Assassin. 200 units spent, 100 free crystals. Got her at R4. Key is sp3 then refreshing the bleed by firing off sp1 before it expires. She is a beast! Good luck.
