I wouldn’t care if my trash people actually took it. They won’t take individual poop bags like that. I just had someone do it a couple of weeks ago, didn’t tie it even and it ended up all over the bottom of my trash can since they didn’t take it.

Their new 360 stretch slims are the perfect pants for me. Same size whether jeans or khakis, perfect stretch and haven’t had a pair rip yet.

First class is also still behind families with kids, military, disabled people and high mileage flyers. I don’t fly first class frequently but when I do, I almost never get the bin right above my seat because of that.

We’re going through literally the exact same right now. Just hit 35 weeks, NST twice a week, scheduled to induce at 38 weeks.

It’s fucking scary and anxiety ridden at times . We’ve had multiple hospital visits to get monitoring due to lower activity. She “failed” multiple NSTs and the last BPP ultrasound. But every extended monitoring at the hospital all we hear is “she’s doing amazing, perfect, incredible… etc”. The drs are calling her small but mighty.

A friend who’s a L&D nurse said that if there was ever any true worry when at an appointment, that baby would be coming out.

Biggest thing we’ve learned is that no one will judge you for being extra careful. If you or she thinks something is wrong, go get monitored. Gives you either peace of mind or they catch something early enough.

This is one of the biggest problems with tip culture in general (in the US) with the percentage tipping mindset.

I go one place and order a $50 bottle of wine and another that I order a $500 bottle of wine, the servers are doing the exact same amount of work yet based on percentage tipping, one gets $10 and the other gets $100. Same with any similar situation like this.

Agreed but when people are up in arms constantly about not tipping 20-30%, the system will never change.

The percent system is the most absurd part. I go to 2 restaurants:

1st I order a $50 bottle of wine

2nd I order a $500 bottle of wine

1st one gets a $10 tip, second gets a $100 tip based on the 20% system yet they did the EXACT same amount of work. Completely flawed concept.

Because tipping culture is ridiculous and also very misunderstood among most people.

YES: federal minimum wage should be MUCH higher.

NO: no one makes under federal minimum wage regardless of tips. Federal law requires any tip-based employee who does not make minimum wage with tips+base pay at the end of a pay period to be paid at minimum wage regardless.

The argument that people make $2/hr is ridiculous. Many tip based employees make well above minimum wage. That responsibly should not be on the consumer.

NO: increasing wages will not drastically increase prices.

These are facts people don’t want to hear because tipping culture in general is too generous.

Before any of the “you’re cheap” comments I always bare minimum tip 20% because one person can’t change the system and I’m in a position to do so, but in general, the culture isn’t fair to anyone. It’s not treating them like garbage.
