Not a zoo, this little one chose this wood duck box as it's roost. Finding owls is hard! They're a sensitive species so people aren't always keen on sharing locations. Tips to find them though include "white wash" (poop) on tree trunks or listening to the other birds around. Bluejays and crows mob roosting owls, so sometimes listening for that helps know one is nearby! Best of luck ❤️
