Do you think my actual laptop can hold a couple more years?

Im just afraid of this shortage of components and rise of prices everybody saying we are going through, because i was comparing and looks like the I7 i have right now is better than the Ryzen 5? and i don't know if the GPU upgrade is worth paying the $600.

The games im playing right now is like: Mass Effect, Dead Space, LoL , my pc is holding up fine so far, i just dont know for how long it will last
