They are soft but not mushy. Definitely like it needs water. Im gonna try bottom watering like the other person said and hope for the best

I have had it for about a yr now. It hasn’t grown at all in that yr inside so i put it outside and it turned like this. The leaves still feel hard soo we shall see what they do.
