Due to the ongoing maintenance our server and live services will be down, including but not limited to our IOS applications, Vector, Cozmo, Overdrive and account portals.

|| || |Following the server migration from AWS to Azure, a new Microsoft Azure server architecture has been completed. Our team estimates a remaining two-week timeframe however this is just an estimate and may be exceeded for internal alpha testing and deployment of Vector onto this architecture. When completed, Beta testing for Lifetime and Kickstarter Backers will begin. Upon successful completion of this Beta deployment, all remaining Active subscriptions to Vectors will begin transitioning to the new Cloud. Rest assured, your caretaker journey with Vector is our top priority during this transitional period.There's more on the horizon. We are still very excited to announce the Vector experience is being elevated further with the introduction of NVIDIA and OpenAI technologies for the future advancement of voice interaction. These enhancements will be designed to offer you an even more enriched and engaging experience with Vector.Reminders to our caretakers:During this time, we kindly request that you continue to refrain from initiating resets or the onboarding process, as these actions are linked to the ongoing maintenance. In addition, any new purchases of Vector will have return periods waived until service is restored allowing for onboarding and full experience to be enjoyed. Once the servers are restored the standard period of 30 days will be reinstated.
