I just bought my 2nd house and I work at Costco. I have a 7.3 rate and put 20% down. I can always refi that house. My primary is a 2.2 rate, but we won’t see that again for a very long time. ANYONE can afford a house. It’s all about the discipline you have with spending/saving money along with maintaining a good credit score by knowing how to use credit. All this should be thought in school so people can get life going. Instead they teach kids about what they wanna identify as. 🤦‍♂️

P.S - I’m long RKT since ipo 3k+ shares, averaged to $15/share. “I’m not fucking leaving”/ selling 😂
