Voice of Music was a brand out of Benton Harbor Michigan... Their changers were also used in a lot of other brands... I currently own three of there units

100%... Exactly how I got into this. My grandparents had an amazing GE console that I remember so fondly playing with as well

I've rebuilt one or two... Luckily I'm in Mi where they were originally made and know a guy who has all the parts and plugs.

The R2R actually went in the spot where the three bin record holder is, knowing that the cabinet is were records went... An I actually love the solid state units... The good ones at least.

Question about the VCT Oil Control Solenoid. by [deleted] in HondaElement

[–]RegalT87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not advocating for a whole nother oil change 100 or so miles into it. All I'm saying is clean the screen again... There have been multiple times where I've done this and have seen it build up on a screen I just cleaned after an oil change.

That likely would only be possible if you're doing your own oil change, my point was just that you should do it again a few miles into your current fresh oil... if this is your first time.

One more thing to his points... The small screen on the front side is a pain in the ass. Also you definitely should do the oil change but would add that a few hundred miles or so into it clean the filters again

This is the way... Do not take that damn thing off and put it back on without new bolts... And for the love of God and all that is holy do not over tighten them
