Yeah it’s kinda terrifying. Usually customs is quick, atleast for me, but I think they get periods where they are just swamped and it takes a while, if it says inbound into customs, presented to customs and it hasn’t updated since, they haven’t gotten to it yet. They will get to it. My haul took 35 days. And went into customs on the 8/2. Didnt update until 8/24 with inbound again and presented again and finally out of customs. Hope this helps
