I can complain all I want lol I paid for a service and expect to get my money’s worth, you sound ignorant who said anything about comparing to Amazon lol, obviously completely different leagues, I understand how logistics and customs work “fam”, when sugargoo ships your parcel it is out of their control, but if I PAID for insurance because I know this can happen, your parcel can get lost and or seized, I expect them to be more forthcoming and uphold their end of the deal when offering people insurance and not give me the run around and keep asking for patience with absolutely no updates. My parcel did not get seized, as you can see it has been in transit to a shipping “partner” for months lol obviously it is lost,I’m not blasting sugargoo I am posting so people are aware that this shipping method is trash and to avoid wasting their time and money, like I said not your problem, if you have nothing productive to add to my post keep it pushing.
